Presenter:  Heart of Behavior owner, Crystal (Ringenberg) Henderson, M.S., BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst), has over 17 years of experience in educating, training and creating behavior success for children, families and professionals in the home, at school, and/or in the community. She studied at North Dakota State University with B.S. in Psychology, with a minor in Child Development & Family Science.  Attended Moorhead State University for 1 year majoring in Special Education.  Then moved to Omaha, NE to complete her M.S. degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through St. Cloud State University’s long distance program while working at the Munroe Meyer Institute and providing in-home ABA services through the Lovaas Institute.
